To install the Toshiba Portable Air Conditioner RAC-PD1213CWRC, follow the steps below:
1. Choose a suitable location near a sliding window. Ensure that the window is within reach of the included hose and window panel installation kit.
2. Attach the window panel to the window frame using the provided screws or adhesive tape. Make sure it is securely fastened.
3. Connect the exhaust hose to the back of the air conditioner unit. Ensure that it is properly aligned and locked into place.
4. Extend the exhaust hose to reach the window panel. Attach the other end of the hose to the window panel adapter.
5. Open the sliding window and place the window panel adapter into the window opening. Close the window to secure the adapter in place.
6. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
7. Turn on the air conditioner using the remote control or the digital display on the unit.
