If you are not seeing any solution coming out of the Bissell Crosswave machine, there are a few things you can check:
1. Make sure you are pressing the trigger for a full 10 seconds. Holding the trigger for this duration will prime the system with the cleaning solution.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct floor type. If you are cleaning hard floors, choose the HARD FLOOR button. If you are cleaning area rugs, press the RUG button.
3. Check if you see bubbles forming at the edges of the brush roll window. This indicates that the solution is flowing and you can begin cleaning.
4. Verify that the water tank is properly connected to the machine. Align the grooves on the water tank with the tabs on the back of the machine and slide it into place until you hear a click.
5. Ensure that the water tank is filled to either the first or second water fill line, depending on the size of the area you are cleaning.
