To connect the Popglory Smart Watch to your mobile phone, please follow these steps:
1. Download the HeroBand III app from the provided link or search for it in the App Store for iPhone users.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Open the HeroBand III app and allow all notifications.
4. Keep the fitness tracker near your phone and wait for the app to search for the device automatically.
5. Once the device appears on the app, select it and confirm the connection.
6. Pull down the homepage of the app to synchronize the data.
Please make sure that you do not connect the watch directly through the Bluetooth settings on your phone. The connection should be established within the HeroBand III app. If you are still experiencing difficulties, ensure that there are no other matching devices in the Bluetooth settings of your phone. Keeping the Bluetooth of your phone on is essential for the connection.
