To program your ONB13AV004 remote to control your TV, you can use either the direct code entry method or the auto code search method. Here are the step-by-step instructions for both methods:
Direct Code Entry Method:
1. Turn on your TV.
2. Press and hold the TV device button on the remote until the LED indicator light turns on and remains on.
3. Enter the 3-digit code for your TV brand using the number buttons on the remote. You can find the code for your TV brand in the code list provided in the manual.
4. After entering the code, release the TV device button. The LED indicator light should turn off.
5. Test the remote by pressing the power button. If your TV turns off, the remote has been successfully programmed. If not, repeat the steps using a different code for your TV brand.
Auto Code Search Method:
1. Turn on your TV.
2. Press and hold the TV device button on the remote until the LED indicator light turns on and remains on.
3. Press and hold the SETUP button until the LED indicator light blinks twice.
4. Press the TV device button again. The LED indicator light should blink once and then remain on.
5. Point the remote at your TV and press the POWER button. The LED indicator light will turn off and then turn on again.
6. Press the CH+ button repeatedly until your TV turns off. This may take several minutes as the remote searches through all the codes.
7. Once your TV turns off, press the SETUP button to lock in the code. The LED indicator light should blink twice to confirm.
8. Test the remote by pressing the power button. If your TV turns on and off, the remote has been successfully programmed. If not, repeat the steps starting from step 3.
