To assemble the Power Pressure Cooker XL, follow these steps:
1. Wash the Inner Pot, Lid, and Rubber Gasket with warm soapy water. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
2. To ensure correct fitting of the Rubber Gasket, fill the Inner Pot with water about 2/3 full.
3. Place the Lid on the cooker and rotate the Pressure Valve to the Lock position.
4. Run the cooker on the CANNING mode for 10 minutes.
5. After the cycle is complete, rotate the Pressure Valve to the Open position to release all pressure.
6. Let the appliance cool to room temperature and pour out the water.
7. Rinse and towel dry the Inner Pot.
