To change the master code on your SentrySafe security safe, follow these steps:
1. Open the safe door and make sure it is fully open.
2. Enter the existing master code followed by the pound (#) key.
3. The set light will stay orange for ten (10) seconds.
4. Enter the number 1, followed by the asterisk (*) key.
5. Enter the new master code that you want to set, followed by the pound (#) key.
6. Enter the new master code again to confirm, followed by the pound (#) key, before the orange light disappears.
7. If you make a mistake during the change, wait thirty (30) seconds and repeat steps 2 to 6.
8. Test the new master code several times before closing the door by entering the asterisk (*) key, followed by the new master code, and then the pound (#) key.
9. The lock will indicate a valid code change with a single signal.
10. The lock will indicate an invalid code change with a double signal and the old code will still be valid.
