To set up the PIX-LINK WR22 WiFi Extender in Repeater Mode, please follow these steps:
1. Power on the PIX-LINK WR22 WiFi Extender by plugging it into a power outlet next to your router.
2. Connect your computer or smartphone to the Repeater's network named "PIX-LINK-2.4G". The default password is "12345678".
3. Launch a web browser on your computer or smartphone and enter "http://192.168.7.234" or "setup.pix-link.net" in the address bar. Press Enter.
4. Enter the password "admin" to log in. If the login window does not appear, please refer to the FAQ section of the manual for troubleshooting steps.
5. Follow the web instructions to complete the setup:
a. Click on "Repeater Mode".
b. The system will automatically scan the surrounding wireless networks.
c. Select the SSID of your main router and enter the Repeater SSID and password. The default Repeater SSID is set to be "XXXX-EXT" (XXXX indicates the main router's wireless network name).
d. Click "Apply" to complete the setup. The Repeater LED should turn solid on, indicating a successful connection to your router.
6. Connect your devices to the Repeater wirelessly or via an Ethernet cable to enjoy the extended internet coverage.
