To activate voice control on your Xfinity XR15 Voice Remote Control, follow these steps:
1. Remove the "Pull" tab on the back of the remote to activate the AA batteries already installed.
2. Aim the remote at the streaming TV Box.
3. Press and hold the Voice (Microphone) button on the remote.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions that appear on your TV to finish the setup.
5. After the initial setup, you can access the remote pairing instructions on the Remote Settings menu.
Once voice control is activated, you can use the Voice (Microphone) button to speak voice commands into the microphone located at the top of the remote. Make sure to speak clearly and hold the button until you finish your command. The Status LED on the remote will be solid blue while you speak your command. Release the Voice (Microphone) button when your command is complete, and the TV will display the results of your voice command.
