With the NINJA CREAMi Ice Cream Maker, it takes about 20 minutes to make 1 quart of ice cream or 2 quarts of sorbet, sherbet, or frozen yogurt. If you're making gelato, it will take about 40 minutes to make 1 quart. You can also make 2 quarts of gelato at once by doubling the recipe and using both sides of the freezer bowl. The appliance will automatically stop when the cycle is complete, so you don't have to worry about overcooking your dessert. Enjoy making your homemade ice cream!
