To set up and use the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Day & Night machine, follow these steps:
1. Power on the machine by pressing the middle button.
2. When you plug in the unit for the first time, a gear icon will appear. Press and hold the right button for 3 seconds, then release.
3. Press the middle button to enter the settings menu.
4. Use the left or right buttons to scroll through the settings and select your preferred language. Press the middle button to confirm.
5. Before using the machine for the first time, run a cleaning cycle and fit the filter. Press the select button and follow the directions on the screen.
6. Once the filter is fitted, the unit will indicate that the tank is empty. Add cold tap water to the unit.
7. It may take up to 10 minutes for the water to filter through into the base of the unit. The tank empty warning light will go off when enough water has filtered through.
8. To make a feed, turn on the machine by pressing the select button. Use the forward and back buttons to select the feed size you require, and follow the directions on the screen.
9. When it's time to replace the filter, enter the settings menu, scroll across to "Fit new filter," and follow the directions on the screen.
10. Clean the machine regularly by following the cleaning process in the manual. This includes cleaning the external surfaces and the dispenser spout.
11. If the machine needs descaling, enter the settings menu, scroll across to "Descale unit," and follow the directions on the screen.
12. If you want to drain the machine of water, enter the settings menu, scroll across to "Empty unit," and follow the directions on the screen.
