If there is no water in the reservoir, it means that the water level is too low. Please make sure to fill the water reservoir with drinkable water up to the level mark indicated in the instructions. If the water level is below the level mark, the machine will automatically stop operating and the "Add Water" indicator will display on the LED. Simply add more water to the reservoir and the ice maker will resume its operation.
