To adjust the volume on your Galaxy Buds, you have two options. You can either use the touchpad on the earbuds or adjust the volume on your connected device.
Using the touchpad on the earbuds:
1. Tap and hold the right earbud's touchpad and release your finger when you reach the desired volume to increase the volume.
2. Tap and hold the left earbud's touchpad and release your finger when you reach the desired volume to decrease the volume.
Using your connected device:
1. Launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected device.
2. Tap on Touchpad.
3. Adjust the volume by dragging your finger up or down on the touchpad.
Note: If you have set the volume adjustment feature as a preset tap-and-hold feature on one side of the earbuds, the other side's preset tap-and-hold feature will also be automatically set to the volume adjustment feature.
If you find that the audio quality is not as good on your Galaxy Buds, you can refer to the manual for tips on how to improve audio quality. Additionally, make sure to keep your device, apps, and the earbuds' firmware up to date for the best listening experience.
