To adjust the height of the upper rack in your Whirlpool dishwasher, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the dishwasher is empty and the rack is stable.
2. Without pressing the levers, lift the upper rack up by holding the sides of the rack. Lift it until it is stable in its upper position.
3. To lower the rack back to its original position, press the levers located at the sides of the rack and move the basket downwards.
4. Make sure to adjust the height of the rack when it is empty. Do not raise or lower the basket on one side only.
By adjusting the height of the upper rack, you can create more space in the lower basket for your bulky crockery.
