To charge your FitPro Tonic watch, follow these steps:
1. Release the watch from the band by pushing the top of the watch out of the band.
2. Connect the USB part of the watch directly into your USB charger.
3. Plug the USB charger into a power source, such as a wall port or a USB port on your computer.
4. The watch will display a charging battery icon to indicate that it is charging.
5. Leave the watch connected to the charger until it is fully charged.
Please note that it is important to use a compatible USB charger and to ensure that the watch is properly connected to avoid any charging issues.
