If you are printing blank or incomplete labels, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Power off your printer.
2. Power on the printer again and make sure the label paper is loaded correctly.
3. Press and hold the feed button until the printer beeps once, then release your finger. This will automatically calibrate the printer and study the paper size.
4. Once the calibration is finished, try to print again and see if the labels come out correctly.
If the issue persists, please ensure that you are using the correct file format for printing. It is recommended to print PDF files instead of pictures, as the quality of the print is better with PDF files. If you must use a photo, make sure it is a high-quality image.
Additionally, please note that the compatibility of the printer with iPad devices may vary. It is recommended to use a mobile phone with Bluetooth connectivity for printing.

I had the same problem. test print was fine but when I tried to print a label it only printed about 1 inch. I fixed mine by setting the print speed to 1 - now the entire label prints
