To assemble the Hoover Powerdash FH507 carpet cleaner, follow these steps:
1. Insert the Upper Handle into the Upper Handle Pole.
2. Insert the Upper Handle Pole into the base of the cleaner. You should hear a "CLICK" sound when each end locks into place.
