To access the my.jetpack login portal, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you are connected to your Verizon hotspot.
2. Launch a web browser on your device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet).
3. In the URL address field of the web browser, enter http://192.168.1.1 and press Enter.
4. If the admin page does not appear, try entering http://my.jetpack/ instead.
5. If you are still unable to access the admin page, refer to step 1 and ensure that you are connected to your hotspot.
If you have forgotten the password for the admin page, you can perform a hard reset on your device to restore it to the default settings. Please consult the device menu or the Verizon manual for instructions on performing a hard reset.
