To connect your Gree Electronic CS532U Air Conditioner to WiFi, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the air conditioner and make sure the remote controller is matched with the unit.
2. Long-press the "WiFi" button on the remote controller for at least 3 seconds. The WiFi icon should appear, indicating that the WiFi function is turned on.
3. On your smartphone or tablet, go to the WiFi settings and search for the wireless network named "G-xxxxxxxx" (e.g., G-A0B40030). Connect to this network.
4. Enter the original password (either 12345 or 12345678) to connect to the network.
5. Install the G-Life application on your smartphone or tablet. You can download it from the Gree official website or through the App Store (for iOS devices).
6. Open the G-Life application and click on "Refresh" to automatically link with the air conditioner.
7. Click on the power button icon to turn on the control function. The application will switch to the remote control interface.
8. You can now control your air conditioner using the G-Life application on your smartphone or tablet.
Note: If you encounter any issues during the WiFi connection process, make sure that the air conditioner is powered on, the WiFi function is turned on, and that you are connecting to the correct network. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting section in the user manual or contact your local dealer for assistance
