To reset your TOZO T10 earbuds, please follow these steps:
- Firstly, delete the TOZO-T10 from the Bluetooth device list on your mobile phone.
- Then, turn off the Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Next, pick up both earbuds from the charging case to power them on and they will turn on automatically.
- Quickly tap the touch control of both earbuds 5 times until the LED lights flash blue 3 times. This indicates that the earbuds have been reset successfully.
- After resetting, place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid to turn them off.
- Remove the earbuds from the case again, and they will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by one earbud's light flashing red and blue alternately while the other earbud's light is off.
- Finally, enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and search for "TOZO-T10" to pair the earbuds again.
