Here's how you can pair your JBL Vibe Beam earbuds with your Bluetooth device:
- Make sure your JBL Vibe Beam earbuds are charged and the charging case is open.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case to power them on. If this is the first time you're using them, they should automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by the LED on the earbuds flashing blue and white.
- On your Bluetooth device (such as a smartphone), go to the Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Search for available devices and look for "JBL Vibe Beam" in the list of devices.
- Select "JBL Vibe Beam" from the list to initiate pairing. If a passcode is requested, enter "0000".
- Once connected, you should hear a confirmation tone, and the LED on the earbuds will stop flashing, indicating a successful pairing.
- If you're not planning to use both earbuds, you can also use just one for mono playback. Simply place the other earbud back into the charging case.
If you continue to experience issues, ensure that the earbuds are within range of your device (usually within 10 meters or 33 feet without obstacles) and that they are not already connected to another device. Also, try resetting the earbuds if the problem persists.
