No, a driver's license from another country cannot be used to establish identity on Form I-9. The list of acceptable documents for establishing identity on Form I-9 includes a driver's license or ID card issued by a State or outlying possession of the United States, provided it contains a photograph or information such as name, date of birth, gender, height, eye color, and address. A driver's license from another country does not meet these requirements.
